Our Building Design Process at VolArchy
Step 1:
You (as the Client) will send all the requirements regarding your specific design need, spaces, furniture, finishes, appliances, etc.You are free to send images of similar buildings (whether existing or virtual images) which may have inspired your desire.
Step 2:
We (VolArchy) will review your design requirements and what it will require. We will send a design invoice after the review.
Step 3:
You are expected to review the invoice and ask questions where necessary.Upon accepting the design invoice, you will pay a 70% upfront payment to confirm the project. This fee enables us to begin works on your project.
Step 4:
This could involve case-studies of similar buildings (that is if your design requires that). We begin by creating sketches on paper and transfer the images to our 3D software (typically takes 3-28 working days) depending on the nature of the project.
Step 5:
We send a first draft of your design project to you as a PDF file and a Walk-through video, for your revision.We receive your feedback on the design and make further design revisions.Note that: at this stage, you are entitled to 1 major revision and 1 minor revision, after which we consider the whole project as a NEW PROJECT and return to Step 1 (though, this is an uncommon occurrence).
Step 6:
Upon satisfaction of the design project, we (VolArchy) will start the construction drawings. Typically takes 3-28 working days or more, depending on the nature of the project.
A final payment invoice will be sent to you for the remaining 30%, which is made to VolArchy by You.
The final drawing (Construction drawing) is sent to you as PDF only. If you paid for the Architectural seal, the final drawing will be printed, and sealed. A set of 4 copies will be sent to you for local planning approval.
